Overview

The Marketing Cloud Connect Essentials (MCC201) course is designed to provide you insights of the features available when you connect your Salesforce.org to your Marketing Cloud account. In this interactive program, you will acquire hands-on experience linking the Clouds, customizing your emails by leveraging your Salesforce CRM information from the Sales / Service Clouds, sending emails to a Contact / Lead, Report, or Campaign, Synchronizing your Salesforce CRM information in the Marketing Cloud, partitioning your data to send targeted and pertinent emails and tracking and broadcasting capabilities in the Marketing Cloud and Sales / Service Clouds.
