Overview

Using real world & scenario-based training, this Service Cloud course will help train the administrators on constructing Salesforce Knowledge, building service contracts with entitlements and targets, setting up Live Agent, designing Console for Service application, and configuring Soft-Phone via Open CTI. This Salesforce Service Cloud training will also enlighten configuring a Customer Community.

Audience

This course is suitable for experienced administrators with minimum of 6 months experience in Salesforce and/or administrators having talents equivalent to Administration Essentials for New Administrators course.
